Our story
In April 2021, Pacifico transitioned to new ownership. A Canadian entrepreneur in the Entertainment Industry with extensive experience in North American development has led the community to new heights.
Since the transition, Pacifico has prospered; amenities have been upgraded, and real estate shows continuous overall appreciation.
